In the IB curriculum, there is a year-long project called the "Personal Project" or 'PP". During these projects, students are tasked to dedicate themselves to something they are passionate about and use that as a basis for a report. This year, I was tasked to do the personal project and this blog is the result. Though it would be better put saying that it acted as the spark. I have always had a passion for food along with sharing and experiencing new culinary cultures. I hope to share with you a food culture, not commonly known around the world, that I have been surrounded by and embracing for a majority of my life.
